The Challenge
Manual inventory tracking was leading to a 15% error rate and massive labor costs. The client needed a way to track packages moving at high speeds on conveyor belts without halting operations.
The Solution
We deployed a custom Computer Vision pipeline using edge-deployed NVIDIA Jetson modules. The system identifies, counts, and inspects packages in real-time using a fine-tuned YOLOv8 model, integrating directly with their ERP.
